Rivestito in Marocco. Schienale curvo con un medaglione ovale sormontato da una ghirlanda di fiori e strumenti musicali; gambe a spirale-pattern. Questa sedia è marchiata con il marchio del negozio di mobili (“garde-meuble”) del Comte d’Artois, fratello di re Luigi XVI. Fu fatto per i suoi appartamenti alla Château de Versailles nel 1775. Commissione Moïse de Camondo non era a conoscenza della provenienza principesca della poltrona quando la acquistò alla vendita di Doucet nel 1912.
