Un lago sotto forma di ottagono a forma di stella, i suoi angoli tagliati da piccoli bacini decorati con motivi vegetali. Progettato da Robillion nel 1764, è il più grande lago nei giardini del Palazzo di Queluz. Il gruppo scultoreo ha la forma di una piramide, presentando figure di piombo alle tredici prese per acqua nel corpo centrale di pietra, sotto forma di maschere, ragazzi che cavalcano sul retro di delfini, draghi e un'aquila come la gloria incoronante.
