Comisionado del Pueblo Ho in mio possesso la vostra comunicazione ufficiale datata 7 di questo mese che riporta la nomina di Marcos Chaboya come Alcalde e Antonio Soto e Juan Altamirano come Regidores. Non sono d'accordo con la scelta di Alcalde e quindi ho nominato il comune Ygnacio Castro. Ho approvato i Regidores, la cui nomina è attaccata. Informali rapidamente e date l'appuntamento allegato a detto Alcalde. Gli dica di prepararsi a incontrarmi non appena finirà la sua piantagione. Dio ti tiene per molti anni.
