Nel 1900, il presidente William McKinley nominò l'avvocato della Pennsylvania James Montgomery Beck alla posizione di assistente procuratore generale. Questa finestra araldica era probabilmente destinata alla sua nuova casa a 1522 K Street, ma nel 1903, Beck improvvisamente lasciò l'ufficio pubblico per unirsi allo studio legale di New York di Shearman e Sterling, lasciando la commissione di Washington irrealizzata. In questo disegno, Tiffany interpreta la tradizione araldica britannica in vetro delicatamente colorato; lo stemma centrale non si riferisce direttamente alla famiglia Beck ed è probabilmente fittizio.
