Manuel Ángeles Ortiz ha dato lode a sentimenti liberi da aggettivi, per mezzo di un'espressione plastica cubista che era singolare alla sua situazione come artista spagnolo nella scuola di Parigi, quindi, convertendo questo lavoro in un esempio magistrale di equilibrio tra emozione e sentimento. Possiamo rilevare le fibre dell'anima orientale che l'artista ha favorito a Granada, e che forse, ha ispirato la sua lode a El Greco, nella sua serie ripetuta degli anni '60 e '70. © Manuel Ángeles Ortiz, VEGAP, Jaén 2004.
