Questa stazione è demolita oggi, è stata la fermata finale della linea ferroviaria Lima-Callao. Fondata in gran parte dell'attuale Plaza San Martin. Prima della costruzione di questa stazione, c'era una chiesa e un ospedale sotto lo stesso nome, che furono demolite intorno al 1850-1860 per far posto alla stazione. Il suo percorso è andato verso ovest, terminando nel porto di Callao. La stazione aveva un hotel al secondo piano, ed era collegata alla stazione La Encarnacion, che faceva parte della linea ferroviaria Lima-Chorrillos.
