Progetto per il Palazzo del Popolo, previsto da Owen Jones. I suoi primi progetti, per quello che sarebbe diventato Alexandra Palace, erano molto simili alla Grande Mostra che aveva dimostrato un successo popolare e commerciale a Hyde Park, poi dopo il trasferimento a South London. La visione per l'edificio era tutta vetro, a differenza della struttura finale che è stata costruita in acciaio e mattoni.
