Questo vivace disegno è uno studio sciolto per una pala d'altare commissionata dalla famiglia Colonna ed è oggi nella Galleria Nazionale di Palazzo Barberini. Con grande effetto teatrale, Costanzi raffigura San Giuseppe di Cupertino, che è stato celebrato per le sue levitazioni, curando una gioventù posseduta che detiene drammaticamente dai capelli a mezz'aria.
