La Madonna Granduca (84 cm × 55 cm) è una Madonna dipinta dall'artista rinascimentale italiano Raphael. Fu probabilmente dipinto nel 1505, poco dopo che Raffaello era arrivato a Firenze. L'influenza di Leonardo da Vinci, le cui opere ha avuto modo di conoscere là, può essere vista nell'uso di sfumato. Il dipinto apparteneva a Ferdinando III, Granduca di Toscana, da cui prende il nome. È ora nel Palazzo Pitti, Firenze.
