Sistina Madonna, detta anche Madonna di San Sisto, è un dipinto ad olio dell'artista italiano Raphael. Finito poco prima della sua morte, ca. 1513–1514, come pala d'altare commissionata, fu l'ultimo delle Madonna del pittore e l'ultimo dipinto che completò con le proprie mani. Rilocato a Dresda dal 1754, la pittura ben nota è stata particolarmente influente in Germania. Dopo la seconda guerra mondiale, è stato trasferito a Mosca per un decennio prima di essere restituito in Germania. Qui risiede come uno dei pezzi centrali della Gemäldegalerie Alte Meister.
