A destra si trova la stazione di Scarborough Lifeboat.La barca fu costruita nel 1940.Il dipinto raffigura naufraghi e queste tragedie alla fine ha portato allo sviluppo di un servizio di salvataggio.La stazione fu spostata nell'area portuale nel 1821.Dal 1801 al 1984 ci sono stati 567 lanci della Scarborough Lifeboat e 441 vite sono state salvate.In questo periodo sono stati persi 16 scialuppe.
