Blazer monopetto in lana bianca con due bottoni con scocca e tre tasche sul davanti. C'è un coccodrillo ricamato sulla tasca del seno. Ci sono tre bottoni a guscio ad ogni polsino. La cucitura del bordo è stata fatta a mano intorno ai risvolti e bordi anteriori. Il blazer è foderato in raso color crema. Lacoste chiese al suo amico Robert George di ricamare un coccodrillo sui suoi blazer bianchi dopo aver perso una scommessa al suo capitano della Coppa Davis Allan H. Muhr. Se Lacoste avesse vinto la sua gomma da Coppa Davis per la Francia, avrebbe ricevuto una valigia in pelle di coccodrillo da Muhr.
