L'Annunciazione, conosciuta anche come l'Annunciazione di Cestello, è una pittura tempera del maestro rinascimentale italiano Sandro Botticelli, circa 1489-1490. È ospitato nella Galleria degli Uffizi di Firenze. Il quadro fu commissionato nel 1489 dalla chiesa del convento fiorentino di Cestello, oggi nota come Santa Maria Maddalena de'Pazzi. Sotto il dipinto sulla sua cornice originale sono parole in latino del Vangelo di San Luca: "Lo Spirito Santo verrà su di te, e la potenza dell'Altissimo ti supererà".
