La Madonna col Bambino con Sei Santi, detta anche Altare di Sant'Ambrogio, è un dipinto del maestro rinascimentale italiano Sandro Botticelli, terminato intorno al 1470. Si trova nella Galleria degli Uffizi, a Firenze. Ritrae la Vergine in trono con i santi Maria Maddalena, Giovanni Battista, Francesco, Caterina d'Alessandria e, inginocchiata, Cosma e Damiano (patrono della Casa dei Medici). È infatti molto probabile che questi ultimi siano ritratti di medicei. Lorenzo il Magnifico e suo fratello Giuliano sono stati considerati.
