Ritratto familiare della famiglia battesimale di Amsterdam Brak in un interno seduto intorno a un tavolo per un mantello. Da sinistra a destra: il reverendo Jan Brak (1717-61), suo fratello Pieter Brak (circa 1714-dopo il 1778), suo padre Harmen Brak (oltre il 1768), sua cognata Margaretha Hasselaar (1726-80/83) e suo marito Cornelis Brak (1724-82). In piedi in primo piano è la loro figlia maggiore con una bambola, Margaretha (n. 1752) siede sul grembo della madre. Uno sguardo alla biblioteca a sinistra.
