Un terreno bianco con forme ovali incise nella vernice. In alto a sinistra una parte vista ovale arancione. Negli anni '50, Scott fu conosciuto come un pioniere dell'astrazione in Gran Bretagna. Tendeva a seguire le tendenze dei popolari astrazionisti americani e delle icone Pop Art, aprendosi alla critica in una società britannica non ancora pronta per il suo stile innovativo di pittura. Uno dei suoi colori preferiti con cui lavorare era arancione, che ha mostrato con orgoglio in gruppi. L'Orange and White di Scott venne al museo nel 1969, insieme alle opere di Patrick Heron e Terry Frost. Insieme hanno annunciato un nuovo ethos di raccolta per RAMM che ha abbracciato il lavoro di artisti viventi e artisti significativi del passato.
