江戸中期の京都・大阪地区の浮世絵画家、西川修道場(1671-1750)。 朝日野(1631-1697)の絵画を学んだ後、土佐学校の弟子になった。 18世紀初頭頃から、京都の出版社八文寺屋の書籍イラストレーターとして活躍し、70以上の絵本を制作。 女性肖像画の筆画を制作する優秀なスキルを展示し、後日、奥村正信(1686-1764)や鈴木春野部(1725-1770)などの江戸で活躍した浮世絵画家に大きな影響を与えました。 この絵画では、女性は壁時計の4大小の体重を操作しています。 見下ろすと、やややややかにメラニカルな空気が漂う。 ゴールド塗装のベル、服のネクタイが赤色に染み、松のわら模様の白い長い装飾は、彼の絵画様式を確立した後、スケノブによって作られた優れた作品であることを示す素晴らしい詳細に描かれています。 朱色の「西川上京すけんおぶ」と、左下隅に白の四角形の「西川」の印が刻印されています。
