Andrés Marcelino Pérez de Valencia, 自然 de Popayán, ingresó al Colegio del Rosario en 1784, como colegial de Derecho 市民 y luego estudió Teología. En 1787、偽のelegidoのバイブレーター。 Se le reconoce por sus trabajos de arquitectura (en el óleo se ven las obras de Vitruvio) en Popayán, junto con Francisco José de Caldas.
