By intercession of Venus, Aeneas receives a new armor in the forge of Vulcanus. In the middle, the hero kneels before the goddess. A Cupid reaches the helmet, the other parts of the armor are in the front. Through the air, putti, one with a laurel wreath. On the left, four forges work above a fire. Part of a group of five works made for the house at Nieuwegracht 6 in Utrecht.
