기술: Print
This print shows a view of the building that is now the Huesca Museum. It is octagonal in design and has a central, cloister-style courtyard, with a colonnade supported by Tuscan columns under basket-handled arches. Another facade in a classical style was designed but never built. Instead, a simpler, more austere alternative was constructed in the predominantly Baroque style seen in the city. This was an innovative project, using a type of layout never seen before in Spain. It was the predecessor to later buildings that would be very important to the history of art and architecture.
