I research on the place of materiality and its transformation possibilities. Like an insect, my movements are agile and subtle; I work from my intuition. The surfaces and what their interiors reveal attract me. I assemble unused daily objects and form hybrids that fuse the organic and artificial, the soft and hard. I want to transform the materials into another state, a new condition, and connect us with unknown perceptions. I search through sculpture for new relations of empathy, taking the animal and vegetal as references.
