The Condemnation of Haman (or David and Uriah) is an oil on canvas painting by the dutch painter and etcher Rembrandt van Rijn. It was painted in 1665. Biblical subject. King David captivated by Uriah's wife sends him to the war. In a letter to his chieftan, which he handed to him, he orders Uriah to be sent to the most dangerous place in the battle. This painting (127 x 117 cm) is currently housed in The Hermitage, St. Petersburg.
