The Song of the Dog is Gouache and pastel on monotype artwork by the French artist Edgar Degas, in 1876-77. The sheer visual wit of portraying the singer (Emma Valadon) as she mimics the dog in her song is doubtless meant to underline the vulgarity of the song. The painting is now in Private collection.
