Soviet propaganda porcelain. Russian designer, graphic artist and painter Nikolai Suetin (Николай Суетин, 1897–1954) created his works as geometric abstractions. Laconic geometric figures in black, red and blue are highlighted on the white background of the cup and saucer. Forms from the Imperial Porcelain Factory during the reign of Nicholas II were used for the painted cup and saucer. On the bottom, the words
