Abraham Jacobs, Maler und Drucker, war von 1930 bis 1937 in Cleveland tätig, dessen künstlerische Laufbahn jedoch weitgehend unbekannt bleibt. Jacobs??? Arbeiten zeigen eine leidenschaftliche Sorge für den Niedergang, die zerfallenen, und die verfolgten, selten mit einem solchen Vorwurf, auch während der Depression, in der Arbeit anderer Clevelanders ausgedrückt.
