Le barelle sostengono un vaso di bronzo gestito a forma di oinochoe classico. Questi due tavoli furono probabilmente consegnati dal marciapiede-merciere Dominique Daguerre al conte Stroganoff a San Pietroburgo alla fine del XVIII secolo; rimasero nella collezione della famiglia Stroganoff fino a quando furono messi in vendita dal governo sovietico nel 1931, quando Moïse de Camondo fu in grado di comprarli.
