Ein niederländisches Delft De Porceleyne Fles Peace Palace Teller im persischen Stil von Adolf le Comte (1850-1921). Das Schild erinnert an die Eröffnung des Friedenspalastes in Den Haag am 28. August 1913. Das Gebäude beherbergt den Internationalen Gerichtshof und den ständigen Schiedsgerichtshof.
