Seit vielen Jahren war Adolphe Sax Direktor der Bühnenband (banda) an der Pariser Oper, wo er mehrere neue Instrumente seines eigenen Designs einführte. Diese Trompete ist eines der Instrumente, die in dieser Bühnenband verwendet werden und wird OPERA / 19 auf der Glocke gestempelt. Sachsen
