Agostino Perrocchio (1720-1799), notaire, ami de Giuseppe Macchi, un autre grand bienfaiteur de l'hôpital, nomma héritier universel d'un héritage remarquable, l'Ospedale Maggiore, qui avait déjà bénéficié pendant sa vie. La commande du portrait est confiée à Anton Francesco Biondi, un peintre, qui peint au cours de trente ans 12 portraits pour Quadreria Ospedaliera et construit un beau portrait
