Questo clavicembalo presenta decorazioni molto ricche, con acero e aringo di noce intarsiato sui lati, ebano, madreperla e noce burl lavoro intarsiato sul tabellone. L’ebony jackrail è anche intarsiato con madreperla e l’intero profilo dello strumento è arricchito da un telaio intarsiato con foglie di palma madreperla. La tastiera, anche se stilisticamente corrisponde agli altri elementi decorativi, non sembra essere originale. Invece, non c'è motivo di dubitare dell'iscrizione, che attribuisce questo articolo al milanese Antonio Scotti. Si riferisce quasi certamente a Giovanni Antonio Scotti
