This drawing is the ground floor plan for a proposed hall, clubrooms, coffee palace and a number artisan dwellings. The drawing gives the building’s location a ‘Roseberry Avenue’, this is possibly Rosebery Avenue in Clerkenwell, London. The building includes housing and shopfronts as well as community spaces and an open courtyard.
