Questo camino ricamato a due foglie è un eccellente esempio di mobili Century Guild. Combina l'estetica dei mobili tradizionali europei con modelli ardenti e ondulanti, molto nuovi alla fine del XIX secolo. Il modello presenta sinuose forme vegetali ispirate alla biologia marina, un motivo che Mackmurdo spesso impiegava negli anni 1880. Il telaio in legno di raso dello schermo è anche ornato di finials che assomigliano a germogli o germogli. I pannelli di seta blu dello schermo raffigurano forme tortuose di gigli ricamati in crema e giallo, con filo d'oro. I gigli incorporano anche le iniziali ‘CG’ che significano la Guild del secolo.
