Ritratto di Maffeo Barberini (c. 1598) è un dipinto del maestro barocco italiano Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio. Si tiene in una collezione privata a Firenze. Barberini, 30 anni e dalla eminente famiglia Barberini fiorentina, era un prelato Chiesa in rapida crescita, amico del patrono di Caravaggio, il cardinale Francesco Maria Del Monte, e lui stesso poeta e patrono delle arti. Il sostegno di Barberini continuerà negli anni successivi – nel 1603 commissionò un sacrificio di Isacco da Caravaggio. Nel 1623 divenne papa Urbano VIII.
