Die Flagellation Christi ist ein Gemälde des italienischen Barockmalers Caravaggio, jetzt im Museo Nazionale di Capodimonte, Neapel. Es ist bis 1607 datiert und kann von der Künstlerin im Jahre 1610 neu bearbeitet worden. Es ist nicht zu verwechseln mit Christus an der Kolumne, eine weitere Flagellation von Caravaggio von der gleichen Periode. Laut Kunstbiograph Gian Pietro Bellori (1672) wurde diese Arbeit von der Familie di Franco (oder de Franchis) für eine Kapelle in der Kirche San Domenico Maggiore in Neapel in Auftrag gegeben. Die Familie war mit der Vertrautheit des Pio Monte della Misericordia verbunden, für dessen Kirche Caravaggio bereits die sieben Werke der Barmherzigkeit gemalt hatte. Es wurde 1972 in das Museum in Capodimonte verlegt.
