Das Panel zeigt den Bad Thief, einer der beiden Verbrecher gekreuzigt neben Jesus in Calvary. Das Panel wurde Mitte des 16. Jahrhunderts von Corrado de Mochis aus Köln auf der Grundlage einer Karikatur von einem deutschen Meister gemacht. Es ist derzeit im Duomo Museum ausgestellt - neben dem Twin-Panel, das den guten Dieb darstellt - die Arbeit war ursprünglich Teil einer grandiosen Szene der Kreuzigung gewesen, ließ unvollendet zu Anfang des 16. Jahrhunderts von Pietro da Velate für das große Fenster V19, dem Neuen Testament gewidmet.
