Fiesole Triptych (conosciuto anche come San Domenico Altarpiece) è un dipinto (Tempera e oro su tavola) di un pittore del Rinascimento italiano Fra Angelico. È dipinto nel 1423-24. L'altare di San Domenico a Fiesole rappresenta la Vergine e il Bambino con San Tommaso d'Aquino, Barnabus, Domenico e Pietro Martire. Fu modernizzata da Lorenzo di Credi nel 1501. Il dipinto (212 x 237 cm) è ora nel San Domenico, Fiesole.
