San Giacomo delle Marche (1391-1476) (italiano: Giacomo della Marca, spagnolo: San Jacobo de la Marca) è stato un frate minore francescano, predicatore e scrittore italiano. Egli è generalmente rappresentato tenendo in mano un calice, dal quale un serpente sta scappando – un'allusione ad alcuni tentativi di eretici di avvelenarlo. Nella pittura di Zurvarán il serpente non è presente.
