(lit. hija de Andries) Hessix, esposa de Michiel Jansz. van Middelhoven, un pastor de la ciudad de Voorschoten, cerca de Leiden, que también se sentó para Frans Hals para una pintura cuya ubicación actual es desconocida. Ambas obras fueron parte de un par y se cree que se han producido para celebrar el 40 aniversario de su boda en 1586. Esta composición se utilizó como fórmula para retratos similares ejecutados más adelante, ya que era el pintor
