In der Mitte, der Thron von Sigismund III (A) unter dem Baldachin, gesetzt vor dem Hintergrund einer Wand mit einer Frisur von 16 Wappen von Voivodships, Land und Fiefs des Commonwealth, bezogen auf den offiziellen Titel des Königs. Auf beiden Seiten halten die Senatoren der Priester (D) und Laien (E) auf Stühlen und Kopfbedeckungen, mit dem berühmten Erzbischof von Gniezno - Primate (B) und Erzbischof von Lviv (C) (über beide Erzbischofs, die für das Kreuz verantwortlichen Minister sind Kreuze). Gegenüber dem Thron von 10 Kronen- und litauischen Würdenträgern (Grand Marshals, Kanzler, Sub-Cancellors, Treasurers, Court Marshals), neben den monarchen Stand-Gericht Würdenträger (G) und hinter der Rückseite von Senatoren und Ministern sind Kronen und litauische Regionaldeputierten (H).
