Los famosos Singers (The Impassioned Singer y su compañera-piedra, The Singer with Flute) en la galería Borghese fueron atribuidos a Giorgione. Sin embargo, esta atribución está fuertemente debatida. Algunos eruditos creen que es obra de Domenico Capriolo (1494-1528), otros asumen que fue ejecutado en el período posterior a la muerte de Giorgione. Los cantantes cantan con un aire de patos barrocos rodeados de fuertes efectos chiaroscuro, que de hecho han inducido a muchos expertos hoy en día a principios del siglo XVII.
