V12 de Milán Duomo, junto con los otros dos situados en el lado sur (V11 y V13), se encuentra sobre el altar dedicado a San Juan el Bien, Arzobispo de Milán que vivió en el siglo VII: las reliquias del Santo fueron trasladadas a la Catedral por San Carlos Borromeo en 1582. La gran ventana representa la Gloria del Santo, recordada por haber combatido la herejía aria del rey Lombardo Grimoald y por haber traído la residencia de los obispos milaneses a Milán desde Génova, donde había sido trasladada en 569.
