Fenêtre vitrée V12 de Milan Duomo orne le côté sud de la cathédrale, où se dresse l'autel de Saint Jean le Bon, archevêque du diocèse Ambrosien de 641 à 651. Jean le Bon a ramené le siège épiscopal à Milan après son exil à Gênes qui a duré plus d'un siècle causé par l'invasion des Lombards. Le vitrail, l'œuvre de Giovanni Battista Bertini, représente le Saint dans la gloire et avec les deux côtés de la chapelle, raconte l'histoire de la vie de cette figure particulièrement chère aux Milanais.
