Camocio Maps. Le G. F. Camocio Maps del Grande assedio di Malta del 1565 sono stampate dalla stessa piastra di rame, formando collettivamente una serie di quattro mappe. Ogni mappa o stato rappresenta un resoconto aggiornato degli sviluppi dell'assedio dell'azione militare. Insieme queste mappe raccolgono una sequenza di quegli eventi significativi che hanno segnato le tappe finali del Grande assedio di Malta. La serie di mappe è una preziosa fonte primaria che funge da equivalente visivo a testimonianze scritte di questo importante evento militare che ha determinato il corso di storia del Mediterraneo e dell'Europa nel XVI secolo.
