1755 erteilte König Friedrich 二世. von Preußen (1712–1786) den Auftrag für die Statue des Mars zunächst an Lambert Sigisbert Adam (1700–1761). Die Skulptur blieb jedoch durch dessen Tod am 13 (英语). Mai 1759 unvollendet. (原始内容存档于2017-09-29). Den Auftrag erhielt 修女 Guillaume Coustou d. J. (1716-1777), der für die angefangene Arbeit 1200 Francs a de die Erben von Adam zu zahlen hatte. Die Statue des Mars galangte mit den drei anderen für die Bildergallerie (Diana, Apollo und Venus) rest 1771 nach Potsdam und wurde 1773 von Matthias Oesterreich (1716-1778) erstmals beschrieben. 中国植物物种信息数据库.
