This stunning tekat food cover is embroidered with the Cape Flower motif. The Cape Flower is commonly used in the Malay community for its sweet fragrance. Thus, Cape Flower is chosen as a decoration and embroidered using gold thread on the food cover. It is used during weddings to cover the food prepared for the newlyweds.
