Ritratto di Erasmus di Rotterdam (1523) è opera d'arte (Oil e tempera su legno) del pittore e incisore tedesco Hans Holbein the Younger. Desiderio Erasmus Roterodamus (1466–1536), a volte conosciuto come Desiderio Erasmus di Rotterdam, era un umanista del Rinascimento olandese e un prete cattolico e teologo. Il ritratto di Holbein di Erasmus include un accoppiato latino da parte dello studioso, scritto sul bordo del libro sporgente sulla mensola, che afferma che Holbein preferirebbe avere un calunniatore che un imitatore. Il dipinto (76 × 51 cm) si trova nella National Gallery di Londra, in prestito da Longford Castle.
