Das Innere des Tempels begeistert mit ausgezeichneten Holz geschnitzten Altären, ergänzt mit mehrfarbigen figuralen Mosaiken, sowie Marmor- oder weißen Stuckskulpturen. Der Hauptaltar diente als Mosaikrepräsentation von St. Casimir, der 1990 in das Büro des Vierten Erzbischofs von Chicago überführt wurde. Heute enthält der Altar ein Gemälde der Mutter Gottes vonGuadalupe.
