El gran roble (1662) es una pintura al óleo de Jacob Isaakszoon van Ruisdael. Los temas favoritos de Ruisdael son simples escenas de bosque, similares a las de Everdingen y Hobbema. Se destaca especialmente como pintor de árboles, y su interpretación de follaje, en particular de la era de la hoja de roble, se caracteriza por el espíritu y la precisión más grandes. La pintura está firmada y datada, sin embargo, en el siglo XVIII fue atribuida erróneamente a Nicolaes Berchem. De hecho, Berchem pintó sólo las figuras del cuadro.La pintura está ahora en la colección del Museo de Arte del Condado de Los Ángeles, Los Ángeles.
