Portrait de Carel Quina (1622-89), chevalier du Saint Tombeau, voyageur d'Amsterdam en Asie. A mi-chemin assis à une table derrière un atlas ouvert sur une carte de l'Europe et du Moyen-Orient; à droite une boussole. A gauche un serviteur avec un bol de fruits, à l'avenir un visage sur saint Pierre à Rome. Un chiot est assis sur le tapis persan sur la table.
