Xavery war ein Antwerpener Bildhauer, der sich 1721 in Den Haag niederließ, wo er Hofmaler wurde. Im Jahre 1736 machte er diese Büste von Prinzessin Anne von Hannover, Tochter von König George II. von England und Frau von stadholder Willem IV. Ein paar Jahre zuvor hatte Xavery selbst eine Büste des Stadions gemacht, die auch in diesem Raum ausgestellt wird.
